Dr Ma graduated from Fujian Medical University and undertook postgraduate physician training. She migrated to Australia with her family in 2004 and obtained the Australian Medical Board certificate in 2005. She was accepted into Paediatric Training with Royal Australian College of Physicians and completed Paediatric Fellowship exams and Diploma of Child and Youth Health. After that she joined General Practice Training and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
She worked with Adelaide Women's and Children's Hospital from 2007-2012, as a paediatric doctor, then moved to work with Mt Barker Medical Centre in 2013 and then Kensington Road Medical Centre as a general practitioner specialised in paediatrics.
Dr Ma involves in clinical teaching with the College of Medicine and Public Health at Flinders University, with great reputations. She was awarded with academic status as senior lecturer at this University.

马医生毕业于中国福建医科大学，就职于福建省立医院，担任内科医师多年，有着丰富的医疗知识和临床经验。2004 年全家移民并定居于阿徳莱德市，并于2005年以优异成绩通过澳洲医生注册考试并获得澳洲行医资格。后来又接受澳洲儿科学院 (Royal Australian College of Pediatric) 培训，在阿德莱德妇女儿童医院 （Women's and Children's Hospital) 儿科工作多年，对婴幼儿疾病诊治集累了丰富经验，成功地通过儿科培训考试，并获得儿科医生文凭。为方便于社区服务，次年马医生又经过澳洲全科医生培训，又获取了澳洲家庭医生资格，澳洲全科学院院士（RACGP)。
马医生的主治方向：婴幼儿，儿童的健康，疾病和免疫注射，成人内科疾病，妇女疾病，产前检查及产后跟踪，慢性病的管理（糖尿病，慢性肺病，和哮喘等），皮肤检查，外科小手术，国际旅游免疫注射等。
马医生同时也是澳洲弗林德斯大学医学院讲师，医生临床带教指导老师。
马医生说中文，福州话和英文。
马医生还是医生专栏专家，在Adelaide iAge Media, 南澳时报发表医学专栏，为华人提供医疗知识。
马医生在马格尔医疗中心每周一至五坐诊，周六轮诊。
