Dr David graduated from Adelaide University in 2008 and has worked as a doctor since in both rural and metropolitan settings.

He has extensive experience in chronic disease management including high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, asthma, COPD, diabetes, and arthritis. He has worked in all the major public hospitals in Adelaide and has undertaken further studies in adult internal medicine at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
